I didn't kill it

I am not known for my green thumb. I think I could possibly kill fake plants. I don't know what i do to them but they die. I have managed to kill two lawns, completely. I was so mad when the second one died that I seeded the whole thing by hand myself but that one died also which I suppose brings the total to three, not two.

Last year we planted the top off of a pineapple that we had eaten and I really hoped that it would grow. The plant itself grew and grew. I tried to avoid it because it is when I offer my nurturing touch that things head south. This is my little plant today,

I am so proud of it, it did this all by itself. Out front we have another one but that must be the red headed step child cos it isn't doing anything at all and they were all planted at the same time.

(thankfully I have better luck with children)
