Windsor

The name Windsor is synonymous with many things in this part of the world but today it was not associated with anything regal or royal, no castles or queens but instead, LegoLand. We did catch a glimpse of Windsor Castle as we were driving but that is as close as we got.
We should have been on the road by 9.am but you know us, it was 11am instead but thankfully we didn't hit too much traffic just loads of really annoying roadworks on the motorway to slow us down A L O T. Both girls slept in the car and were raring to go when we arrived and headed straight for the drivers ed course to pass there driving tests. From there I am not sure where we went next, I think it was everywhere and we finally left when every ride was closed. Another good day and we had to stop on the way home to feed 2 starving children and upon our return to the house Nannie had dinner waiting and both girls ate again and yes, we did feed them at LegoLand.

Oopsie, Rosie had a crash.
But finally she got the hang of it.

That looks like a great place to bring kids. So glad your hubby is there to enjoy the fun with you.

What a fun place! And gosh how long Rosie's legs are hanging off that swing. How quickly our girls are growing, huh? So glad you are having a wonderful time there. Just catching up on blogs tonight after quite a dry spell. Had to see what your sweet family was up to!

Hugs,
Jen
