Hat's Off To Rosie.

Little Miss Rosie had a Thanksgiving party at school day and it included a Hat Parade. All the kiddies made hats last week and they got to wear them today. For some reasons Rosie's ended up rather flat and wouldn't stay on her head. She plastered it with so much paint and goop that as it dried it got flatter and flatter so we ran into some wardrobe difficulties as she had to hold it on her head. They were also supposed to blow bubbles as they walked but that proved to be much to hard for her as she couldn't blow bubbles and hold onto her chapeau.

They also had a huge Thanksgiving feast today. We all took in food but as you can see Rosie thought that her feast should consist of orange slices and a cookie! She later added a bread roll with huge gobs of butter to her menu.

Telling stories by the campfire.

Flat hat.

Parading her hat.

Cutie pie.

She is dwarfed by all the kids in her class and one little boy just delights in running up to her and pushing her as hard as he can...evil boy! His mother just says, oh, say you're sorry and he turns around in the sweetest way and says, sorry Rose. BRAT. I think I am going to accidentally trample on him pretty soon. Oh sorry brat boy. ;o)

Oh my is she adorable! Liam was looking at your pictures while I was reading your post and was saying "Rosie" in his very raspy voice. Too Cute!

I love when the kids make all those ever so cute art projects at school. Liam made a turkey out of a Styrofoam cup w/feathers stuck in it. On top was a picture of him with a hat and glasses and mustache drawn on it. He was suppose to be a pilgrim. Very funny!

HOW do you live with all that cuteness!? You do realize that I'm head over heals for both your girls?

That little boy needs to meet Erin. She'd take care of him in a second. No one messes with her buddies. I hate it when the mommies tell their kids "Say you're sorry sweetie." in that little voice. Dang! Your kid just pushed around a smaller child. Are you trying to raise a bully or a friend?

We had a similar incident last year in school as Erin is also the smallest in her entire grade. Some kid in aftercare punched her in the chest. She came home with a mark on her chest. Needless to say, I was livid & went to the principal immediately. I informed him that Erin is a purple belt in karate (at that time, now she's blue) & she had instructions from both of her parents to use karate if this kid touched her again. And I told Mr. Principal that there would be NO repurcussions. He agreed. Then he refused to rehire the aftercare company for this year. Apparently there were other incidents.

And now that I'm off my rant, I love the pics of Sweet Rosie all dressed up for the feast.
