Gappy

Lily lost another tooth. Her last one fall out when we were in the UK last summer so it has been awhile. She always, always loses them at night right after I have put her to bed. I will hear her coming down the stairs and and when I go to investigate why she is back down I am greeted by a sheepish grin and a bloody mouth. I think she yanks 'em out!

Here she is with her enormous gap. Her teeth are so tiny but due to the fact her jaw is growing when the tooth comes out it leaves a huge gap. Sorry about the bloody smile but it had just happened and it bled for a few minutes. This just might be the worst photo I have ever taken but I was messing with my camera and deleted the others.

It is so very strange to look at my little girl with ginormous teeth growing every which way but the right way. Her teeth were always so perfect. Oh well that is what Orthodontists are for.

Does the novelty of having a loose tooth ever wear off? Wiggly teeth give me the heebie jeebies so I am quite happy that Lily is a little behind on losing her teeth.
