Puppy Love.

Mummy, can we have a dog? Mummy when are we going to get a dog? PLEEEAASE, can we get a dog. Mummy I want a dog!

I must here this question 20 times a week and eventually I think we will have to do something about it but not yet!
In the meantime the girlies will have to make do with visiting all of our friends that have them.
Last night our friends, N and L raced to the airport to meet their newest family members, Mia and Zoe and we were given strict instructions to take the girls over this afternoon to meet them.

2 little Cocker Spaniels puppy's. Zoe is black and Mia is beige.
Look at those cute little puppy tummies.
Rosie immediately fell for Zoe, she is the quiet one who just wants to be held.
Bliss
Lily, on the other hand, fell hard and fast for Mia, the rambunctious, adventurous, mischievous pup. (a match made in heaven)

You can only imagine the pleading that's been going on in this house tonight! After spending the afternoon in the company of these cuties it's getting hard to say no. (darn this I am not supposed to like doggies!) Help me I'm caving.

I'll be more than happy to help you as soon as Coco has puppies again. The first was promised to Alina already since the last one went to sis-in-law. I prefer you first since never know what will happen with Alina. Coco is due to be in heat any day now.

I like dogs but have absolutely no desire to own one. They require a lot of responsibility and honestly, I just don't want to take care of anyone/thing else at this time. Having two cats is plenty for me right now. My hubby and kids would love to get a dog... I'm not even close to caving in on that one.

Good luck! I'm very curious to see what happens. I think we have similar personalities when it comes to things like this. :-)

It's a great way of teaching kids responsibility....besides dogs a great! Can you tell I'm a dog lover!

Do it! Animals are wonderful to have around! We have an American Eskimo miniature and it is the sweetest dog ever. Very barky, but very sweet, loyal, and fun for long walks. My hubs didn't want one exactly when we first got Chloe but boy did he fall in love fast!

I love my dog with all my heart. He's made my life infinitely better. I say ...you should go for it.

We love having our Pookie, but every time we have to travel it is a headache trying to ensure he is safely looked after (and a pet can be very expensive). Before you cave in, make sure you have the time and resources to commit. And they can chew up a house if left alone.
OK, now that I have duly warned you, I will say a pup is a wonderful companion. But Kerri's puppy ended up being Daddy's dog and my responsibility to care after. So be prepared!
