I Need A Sponsor

Referrals are here. I know this cos I just saw that the CCAA website has changed. They also sent a big-ish batch this time, right through September 27th which is great. But I need stats, facts and figures and if you remember correctly I have sworn off of all the groups and the RQ site. I am currently going batty sitting right here acting something like an alcoholic jonesing for a drink! I need a 12 step programme and a sponsor.....I have sunk to an all time low in lameness. I am not budging, I just hope that by tomorrow one of the blogs I follow will have all my much needed information posted right on it and if it doesn't......well I could always throw in the towel, no I am just kidding I will not. Ignorance is bliss...not not not. Are things speeding up??? Is this the beginning, well I am just going to have to learn a little patience cos I will not cave......ARGHHHHHHH Off to do something constructive with my newly acquired nervous twitch!

You have great will power. Go for it. I have a little bit on my blog about the group this time but not much.

Don't do it. Don't go back to the RQ site! I have a listing of blogs on my site. I will be adding more as I find them. Right now they are under the Sept 05 LID spot

You don't need an intervention!

Look, Dawn, if you were pregnant you'd be going to the doctors for regular check-ups and such, right? Just think of "ChinaAdoptTalk.com" as your pregancy check-ups! ;-)

Be happy! Be healthy! :-)

Just remember, after all of this is over and you are home with another little China doll you will look back and laugh. Just think of the outcome, it is all worth it! :)

Hang in there. I know easier said than done! I'm sure I will be going bonkers too once I get our confirmed LID! Stay positive!

Okay, we can join the adoption twelve steps program, we each pick a sponsor (I choose bacardi, hehe), and we announce (anonymously of course) what step we are on, "I'm on the second step, I wonder what step gets me out of the review room".

Hey it's just a thought.

I hear ya...staying steadfast to the resolutions is hard. Living with uncertainty is harder. I love Joannah`s analogy!

Keep smilin!

Well, my dear, ignorance IS bliss...unfortunately you are NOT ignorant, and therefore not feeling very blissful. You KNOW that there is info/rumors to be checked and have DECIDED not to look. When I went thru the process I didn't even own a computer, so I WAS ignorant -- looking back I am glad. Good luck to you -- hope the shakes subside!

Hey there! I linked to your blog off of Ann's "Taiwan Treasure". Lily is precious! She and my Kyra would be great pals! The picture "Lily the Mortician" made me shoot milk from my nose! That truly cracked me up!

I hope China speeds up too. If not, there is always Taiwan! :)

hugs-
Val

So I removed the last post because I'm not sure if you really want to know. I thought it might be rude of me to comment the info here. So if you really want to know, just the LID's that are included with this batch for China...go to my blog and on my blogroll click on the the very first one-Abby's Adoption story. She has the LID in her latest post. See I'm not even in the China program and I feel like I'm jonsing with you. Drink up baby!!
