Can't do it

I can't do it, I can't be private, it isn't who I am. So everything is back the way it was. If the nosey bloody person that started all the brew ha ha reads and stirs up trouble I will just block her.

I had shut a lot of faithful readers out. Not sure if the invitations landed in their spam boxes or what but they couldn't read and that wasn't right. I received tonnes of emails from people saying they couldn't get in.

To the wind

I've had that dreadful little word verification box on the comments section now for over a month. It is time to throw caution to the wind and see if some of the spammers have moved along and left me in their dust.

I detest having to use the word verification box as it always takes me multiple attempts to get it right so it's rather hypocritical that I have it on mine.

Welcome to Dancing in the Rain.

For a very long time I have wanted a blog that reflected me but I just don't have the creative genius needed to pull it off. When I started Eggrolls and Chopsticks I was waiting to bring home our second daughter from China. Back then we lived and breathed China and all things adoption related but now, 6 years later we are just us.

So much has changed in 6 years and it's only the beginning. A lot more is about to change and I am really looking forward to all that the future holds. This new design really encompasses who I am and my outlook on life. Daleea designed a blog for a freind and when I saw it I knew that I wanted her to do mine. She is about to move to Honduras on a mission trip so I wasn't even sure if she would have the time. Life has a way of putting things together. All I can say is that she is fabulous and incredibly talented.

I can't think of a better way to kick off summer than this fresh, clean, new look. Hah, Daleea has heard those words from me so much lately! Now I need to get rid of the clutter that I have laying about on the sidebar and I'll be in heaven. Oh and at this point, I'm not completely sure if it is complete or not.

Oh Blogger

Is anybody else having a hard time with the new layout of the word verification for commenting. OMG I can never get them right. If I appear to have stopped commenting on your blog it's because I can't pass the word verification section so I just give up.

Perhaps it will get easier when I get my new glasses but for now, sheesh!

30 days has September, April, June and November...blah blah.

November is national Blog Posting Month and the idea is to post a post each day for the whole month.

I did it, This is my 30th post in 30 days. Yes I do know that this one is pretty darned lame but it's still a post!

I didn't want to mention it at the beginning of the month that I was going to be doing this because you all know I don't like pressure and added stress in my life!

Done!

(this isn't actually my post for today I just need to get the other one sorted out in my head.)
