She was so excited and felt so big. We are so thankful that she is excited as my neighbours little girl started to cry yesterday cos she doesn't want to go to school and that would kill me. Miss Lil is even excited at the prospect of homework...... hmmmm, I wonder how long that will last.

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh.. I had a little moment of tears sitting here remembering my own little ones when they left for their first day of kindergarten. Lily looks so very proud of her new school uniform and very excited to be going to school! Good thing bunny can possibly be close by or in a safe place.

ReplyDeleteI stumbled upon your blog quite a while ago through some other China adoption blogs. I had to comment today! As a former kindergarten teacher and now 5th grade teacher, that vidoe brought tears to my eyes. I love, love, love the eagerness the kindergarteners show on the first day and throughout the entire year really! I'm sure she will love it! :) I just wish I could get that same excitement from the 5th graders. :)
